National Scout Jamboree 2010
The Erie Shores Council Contingent to the National Scout Jamboree
Who can go to the 2010 Jamboree?
Boys between the ages of 12 and 18 by 2010 can go to the Jamboree as Boy Scouts. We will get a better idea of ages this fall when National BSA releases the age requirements.
Boys who are 18 to 21 by the time of the National Jamboree in 2010, you can still go as Staff Members. The Erie Shores Council will put together a list of opportunities for you and help you get there.
Venture crews with older boys or girls, we can find staff opportunities for you as well.
Adults can go too! There are lots and lots of staff positions available. The Erie Shores Council had over 20 adults go to the 2005 Jamboree. It’s a great way to experience the Jamboree.
"I went to the 2005 Jamboree. Can I go to the 2010 Jamboree?"
You bet! If you are under 18, you can go as part of the boy contingent. We’re hoping you’ll go and be in some of the boy leadership positions.
If you are 18 or older, you can go as a staff member. All are welcome to attend.
